Welcome to our application ("FinanSnap"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Usage of the App

FinanSnap is a personal finance tracking application intended for personal use only. Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring that the App is used in compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintaining the accuracy of their financial data.
• Securing their iCloud account credentials.
• Making informed financial decisions based on the data tracked in the App.

2. Financial Data Storage

All financial data you enter into FinanSnap is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account using iCloud CloudKit. FinanSnap does not have access to, collect, or store your financial data on our servers. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your iCloud account.
• Ensuring sufficient iCloud storage space.
• Backing up your data as needed.

3. AI Assistant Feature

By using the AI Assistant feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are providing your own API key from a third-party AI provider.
• Your financial data may be transmitted to the AI provider to answer your questions.
• FinanSnap attempts to limit data exposure but cannot guarantee complete privacy when using this feature.
• You are subject to the AI provider's terms of service and privacy policy.
• FinanSnap is not responsible for how the AI provider uses or stores your data.
• Any costs associated with API usage are your responsibility.

4. In-App Purchases

Premium features may be available through one-time or subscription-based in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Updates and Support

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee ongoing support or updates to the App. Features and functionality may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Data and Privacy

FinanSnap does not collect any personal financial data. Only anonymous analytics events and error logs are collected for improving the App's functionality and maintaining app health. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

7. No Financial Advice

FinanSnap is a financial tracking tool only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The App's features, including the AI assistant, are for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals for financial advice tailored to your specific situation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, except user-generated financial data, is owned by JosApps (Yusuf Kamil Ak) or its licensors. Users may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

JosApps (Yusuf Kamil Ak) is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of financial data.
• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on App data.
• Inaccuracies in financial calculations or tracking.
• Data exposure when using the AI assistant feature.
• Losses resulting from iCloud service interruptions or data loss.
• Costs associated with third-party AI provider API usage.

Users agree to use the App at their own risk.

10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of all financial data entered into the App.
• Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.
• Understanding the risks of using the AI assistant feature.
• Complying with all applicable tax and financial reporting requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
