Welcome to our language-learning application ("Wezu"). Wezu helps you build vocabulary, study grammar, and track your learning progress across multiple languages. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are responsible for ensuring that the App is used in compliance with applicable laws and for any content they create, import, or share into the App.
You retain ownership of the vocabulary, lists, notes, and other content you create or import into the App. This content is stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any text or material you import or share into the App.
Full access to the App's features is available through in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee ongoing support or updates to the App. Features and functionality may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
The App does not collect personally identifying information. Content you create is stored in your own private iCloud account, and anonymous data such as analytics and error reports is collected to improve the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All content within the App, except content created or imported by users, is owned by JosApps (Yusuf Kamil Ak) or its licensors. This includes the App's grammar lessons, learning materials, design, and software. Users may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior permission.
JosApps (Yusuf Kamil Ak) is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss or financial losses, resulting from the use of the App. Users agree to use the App at their own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website.
