Welcome to our party game application ("Wreck on Deck"). Wreck on Deck is a local-multiplayer social deduction game played with friends over a shared online room. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only, and is meant to be played with people you know in the same physical location. Users are responsible for ensuring the App is used in compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for the display name you choose and for your conduct while playing with others. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe on anyone's rights. We reserve the right to remove players or rooms that violate this.
The App offers game tokens for purchase, which are consumed when starting or joining games. Payments are processed by the app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The App lets you share game tokens with other players via a share code or QR code. Shared tokens are transferred at your own discretion and risk; we are not responsible for tokens shared with the wrong person or redeemed by someone other than the intended recipient.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Multiplayer features depend on third-party services and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee ongoing support or updates to the App.
The App does not require an account and does not collect personal identifiers. Anonymous data such as analytics and error reports is collected to improve the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All content within the App, except content created by users (such as display names), is owned by JosApps (Yusuf Kamil Ak) or its licensors. This includes the App's game design, artwork, and software. Users may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior permission.
JosApps (Yusuf Kamil Ak) is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss or financial losses, resulting from the use of the App. Users agree to use the App at their own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website.
